WHO WE ARE
I am Nick Perry, founder of Elite Performance Consultancy.
I believe leaders find that dedicated time, an experienced ear, and a confidential space to explore options and ideas can be invaluable. If the process itself is fulfilling and produces solutions, this translates into greater motivation and enjoyment in your role.
Drawing on over 30 years experience as a solicitor, a leader in my field, responsible for winning and managing relationships with my firm's key clients and including 14 years as Managing Partner of the London office of Bird & Bird LLP - an international law firm with offices across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East - during a time of record growth and change, I understand the real pressures and opportunities leadership brings.
Having benefited from executive coaching myself, I know the value of working with someone independent - someone who brings fresh perspectives, real-world experience and thoughtful discussion without internal agendas.
Today, having graduated with Distinction the Meyler Campbell Mastered Executive Coaching programme, I bring that same blend of professional coaching expertise and hands-on leadership experience to my clients.

30+ years as a solicitor and a leader in my field in an international law firm
