WHO WE ARE
I am Nick Perry, founder of Elite Performance Consulting.
Drawing on over 30 years' experience as a solicitor, a leader in my field, responsible for winning and managing relationships with my firm's key clients and including 14 years as Managing Partner of the London office of Bird & Bird LLP during a time of record growth and change, I understand the real pressures and opportunities leadership brings.

​Having benefited from executive coaching myself, I know the value of working with someone independent - someone who brings fresh perspectives without internal agendas.
Today, as a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered Executive Coaching programme, I bring that same blend of professional coaching expertise and hands-on leadership experience to my clients.
